3. Return and Exchange Process

Please provide your order number and reason for return, and our customer service team will provide you with a detailed return address and instructions.
2. Confirm the return conditions: After the return request is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the return process and related precautions.
3. Return shipping: You need to send the goods back to the return address. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your products arrive safely.
4. Commodity inspection and handling: We will inspect the goods within 5 working days after receiving them to ensure that the goods meet the conditions for return and exchange. If you are eligible, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.
5. Refunds or Exchanges: Refunds will be processed to the method you originally paid. If you choose to exchange an item, the exchange item will be dispatched as soon as the return is confirmed.
4. Return Shipping
When you return an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend using a tracking method to ensure the safe return of the item. If there is a quality problem with the product itself or the product is sent by mistake, we will bear the return shipping fee.
5. Refund Processing
